Boost Your Body Bootcamp not only offers high intensity, fat blasting and fun bootcamp classes.  We offer 1-on-1 training, group training, nutritional programs and bootcamp classes to suit all your needs. Take a step in the right direction!

Milton bootcamps next session begins June 3rd, 2013.  Our fitness program can get you the results you need to feel great on the inside and out.  Now offering 4 and 8 week packages.  All bootcamp packages include nutritional support and a mealplan to help you along your journey.  We will motivate, educate and inspire you to achieve your fitness goals, and live the happier and healthier lifestyle you deserve.

We are excited to announce that we will be bringing fitness to the whole family.  Get fit in our bootcamp session, while your little loved ones explore new sports, games, relays and more, with a qualified instructor of their own.  No program out there like it!!
